The Coastal Canyon League was established in 2014 consisting of five schools: Agoura, Camarillo, Moorpark, Royal, Simi Valley & Oak Park High School.
Since entering the league Simi Valley has earned a league titles in various sports including:

- Girls Golf- 2014, 2017
- Softball- 2015, 2016
- Girls Tennis- 2014, 2017
- Boys Track & Field- 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018
- Girls Track & Field- 2017, 2018
- Boys Soccer- 2016-17
- Wrestling- 2015-16
Football is apart of the Marmonte Football Association. Simi Valley is apart of the Canyon League consisting of Agoura, Oak Park, Simi Valley and Royal.
