College and Career Day

College & Career Day 2014

Big Changes to College and Career Day!

College and Career Day RSVP's are closed for the 2014 year, we will be updating this page June of 2015 for the College and Career Festival next year. Thank you to all of the 2014 participants, we can't do it without you!

Set up in the main quad our College & Career Festival is an event unlike any other. We will have booths/tables set up to show our students the many college & career choices available to them. We would like the career booths to have hands-on activities and/or real-world examples of the work along with factual information about that field: college degree or certification needed, experience or abilities needed, as well as the best and worst part of the job. The students will have 70 minutes to walk around the festival and speak to representatives. They will be given a booklet to fill out and a list of available participants.  Studies prove that the more exposure students have to careers outside the classroom the better decisions they can make for college, majors and their futures.
